How fit do I need to be?
Moderate fitness required — the Sigiriya Rock climb is the most demanding activity. If you can walk comfortably for an hour, you'll be fine. The Maldives days are completely relaxed.
Can I travel solo?
Absolutely — solo travellers are welcome. The maximum group size is 24 for an intimate premium experience.
