Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge a fee to book a guided tour?
No. We earn commission from the tour operator, so you pay the same price as booking direct — but with personal service and backup.
Will I pay more than booking directly with Trafalgar or Intrepid?
No. Tour prices are set by the supplier. We can often access group rates, early payment discounts or bonus inclusions you will not see online.
Can you arrange flights, insurance and pre/post nights?
Yes. We package everything together — international flights, travel insurance, extra hotel nights and transfers — so it all fits one plan.
What if I want a private trip instead of a group tour?
We can do that too. Many suppliers offer private versions of their itineraries, or we can build a fully custom trip from scratch.
Do you only book overseas guided tours?
Not at all. We book AAT Kings, Inspiring Journeys and other Australian operators for domestic guided holidays as well.
